Zielone południe
The duplex apartment is located in a semi-detached house in Radomierzyce near Wrocław. Investors dreamed of a bright, spacious space with the predominance of natural materials and a motif A contrasting color treatment that gives the apartment character is the color of the stadium green, which can be found in details in combination with warm earth tones – the colors of sand, rocks, walnut wood and rattan in the form of a Viennese braid.

The day and night zones are divided into layers,
on the ground floor there is a living space with an open kitchen, a living and dining area with direct connection to the garden, a bathroom and a guest room.
On the first floor, there are bedrooms, including the main one with a dressing room and a private bathroom for household members. The open staircase is a link between the levels.
The kitchen is open to the living room, which also has a dining area.
The central part is dominated by a low sofa upholstered with boucle fabric designed by the Polish brand goodliving, set with a vintage viscose carpet, wooden tables and the iconic Togo armchair with Lignet roset upholstered with velvet in shades of dark ocher. Romantic paper lamps add naturalness. The stone accent is in a low piece of furniture under the TV and in the first three steps of the stairs. The dining room is a wooden table with legs in the form of a half cylinder and bold chairs finished with a green velvet fabric.
In order to enlarge the entrance area, the wall was moved
and the whole in the outline of the hall is accentuated with a dark sand color, which harmonizes beautifully with the rest of the color palette used in this project. Complete wall mirrors also enhance the spatial effect of the interior.
Both bathrooms in sand colors have accents of green stadiums.
The ground-floor bathroom with a free-standing monolithic washbasin and a place for storage above it, to enlarge the space, all fronts are finished with a mirror. The shower area with an accentuated entrance in the form of a platform is finished with a stone terrazzo, while the walls are decorated with a green tile in a single color, which has the shape of a half-cylinder in cross-section.
The bedroom is connected to the dressing room
thanks to the built-in furniture with spatial grooving of the furniture board made of veneered walnut wood. This treatment creates a color contrast between the functions and at the same time is consistent, because the materials and colors harmonize with each other, complementing each other beautifully. The bedroom is wrapped in an off-white color, the bed frame upholstered in linen fabric with a rounded corner of the base levitates above the floor, giving a feeling of lightness.
The dressing room is fully finished with walnut veneer, including the ceiling, which allowed us to feel like entering a large wardrobe, despite the fact that the room consists of open furniture bodies without fronts. Furniture with an irregular arrangement of shelves to accommodate the amount of storage space for various sizes of clothing and footwear.
In the bathroom dedicated to Investors, in the central part, there is a bathtub built in with tiles with a stone mosaic motif, on the wall above, there are spatial tiles with a sconce in a round form in combination with the walls and the color of walnut wood. The stone granite countertop harmonizes with the onyx basin, raw in its form, and fittings in the brushed steel finish.
