A space full of concepts.

Modue is a space for the architect and client, here concepts turn into reality, and the initial chaos takes on an orderly structure. We focus on creating a coherent whole, taking care of even the smallest details. Modularity is our middle name; both in design and in relations with the client. We connect, add, develop, and all this gives us double satisfaction. Interiors are a way for us to externalize the idea that space is an important element of everyone’s everyday life. It is with people in mind that we create our concepts. We get to know their features and passions, explore their needs and then translate them into our visual language. We focus on simplicity and minimalism, but we get the maximum value out of them. We design functionally and with double energy.

Let’s meet.

We are people full of passion and love for architecture and this is what characterizes our projects. This stage is getting to know our client’s needs, dreams and preferences. We want the interior to be designed according to the individual user’s needs, so please tell us what you dream about, and what are your expectations in terms of function and aesthetics. Based on interviews, a brief filled in by the client, and inspiration, we work on the project’s next phases. The planned budget is also an important issue – we suggest using it as wisely as possible.

Inventory.

Precise interior measurements and photographic documentation are the main and necessary guidelines for the development of the detailed design. At this stage, we also create a 3d existing state model, which is the basis for further work on the project. If the investment is still in the construction phase, we work on the materials provided by the Investor, and we make inventories before the execution stage of the project.

Interior design concept.

Analyzing your needs, dreams, lifestyle and individual design guidelines allow us to create a well-thought-out function and define the equipment, scale, and ergonomics of space. We work on moodboards, a 3D model of the designed space, material samples and our own experience that we want to share. We start the design work with the functional layout, the arrangement of the walls and the arrangement of the interior. We focus on the optimal use of a given space, then we present color and material solutions in the form of a 3d model.

Photorealistic visualizations.

This is the moment when the concept takes shape in the form of a visualization. We know how important the ideas about the project are, so we want to help in this by showing how the investment should look after the completion of the design process. We also offer virtual walks presented on goggles, which allow you to move to the implementation stage at the shell stage of the investment.

Executive project.

Detailed design documentation includes the development in the form of technical drawings together with the development of the installation. At this stage, we also prepare inquiries for individual materials and elements of equipment and variants of products. The whole thing is a basic instruction for Contractors and Carpenters to implement the project in reality. We provide the detailed design in the form of a design book in duplicate along with the electronic version of all documents.

Estimate.

It is part of the executive design, we create a cost estimate with a list of all used materials and interior equipment during the conceptual process. This allows the project to be adapted to the budget assumed by the Investor.

Author’s supervision.

Our presence at the construction site is necessary to take care of every detail during the implementation of the project. We check the compliance of the work performed with the design. We discuss the project together with the Contractor, Carpenter and all those involved in the implementation process, we are in constant contact with them.

October 14
Cooperation.

We know from experience how important it is to choose a quality Contractor, Carpenter, and distributors who provide materials and equipment for the project. This helps to save the Investor’s time, energy and money. We always help and recommend our clients proven contacts with whom we cooperate daily throughout Poland.

Realization.

The goal has been achieved. Project implementation is always an important moment for you as users and for us designers. This is the most exciting stage of the project, we invite you to the interior, and welcome you to the new space!
