Art Line
The duplex apartment is located on the outskirts of New York City. Both levels are connected by a spiral staircase which is the central point of the apartment.
It is a competition project that was awarded 2nd place in the final. The competition was organized by the manufacturer of household appliances, the Miele brand, in cooperation with the Nice Dom magazine. The competition task was to create a modern, minimalist kitchen space open to the living room using Miele ArtLine appliances.

conceptual design
The whole was designed in an ascetic style, simple and authentic.
The rooms were finished with materials that allowed to create an interior that combines elements of cool and warm – concrete, glass, stainless steel, wood…
The whole is complemented by designer furniture,
such as VERTIGO, a ceiling pendant lamp designed by CONSTANCE GUISSET. The sofa is a project of the Scandinavian brand MUUTO represented by designers ANDERSSEN & VOLL, while the chairs in the dining room are designed by the French company LIGNE ROSET, the SERPENTINE model.
The leading colors are white and gray with a powder pink accent.
The kitchen is a combination of modernity and history. Kitchen appliances combining old boards covered with a patina of time – hence their gray, natural color. Decorative elements in white tones do not compete with other interior components, but organize them. A minimalistic, human-friendly space was created.
Light, space, purity of lines. Maximum simplicity of forms and an almost monochromatic color palette.
Kuchnia jest zestawieniem nowoczesności z historią. Urządzenia kuchenne stanowiące połączenie ze starych desek pokrytych patyną czasu- stąd ich szara, naturalna barwa. Elementy dekoracyjne utrzymane w białej tonacji nie konkurują z pozostałymi składnikami wnętrza, ale je porządkują. Stworzono minimalistyczną przestrzeń, przyjazną człowiekowi.
